Douglas is a brilliant base for an Isle of Man golf holiday, especially if you want easy access to courses, seafront hotels, restaurants and island exploring. The most convenient course is Douglas Golf Club, also known as Pulrose Golf Club. Away from golf, Douglas has plenty to keep the trip feeling full. The promenade heritage walk covers 1.5 miles of Victorian-era landmarks, including the Gaiety Theatre and the horse tram service, with pubs, hotels, restaurants and cafés along the route.
