The Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrive in Lexington
Arrive in Lexington and check in to Hilton Downtown Lexington, Kentucky, your base for the week.
The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of restaurants, bars and entertainment, giving the group plenty of options for the first evening. Welcome dinner recommendations and reservations can also be arranged.

Day 2 – Cherry Blossom Golf Club & James E Pepper Distillery
Start the trip with morning golf at Cherry Blossom Golf Club, a Central Kentucky favourite designed by PGA legend Clyde Johnston. The course stretches over 7,000 yards and features wide fairways, large undulating greens and dramatic bunkering, creating a strong opening round for the group.
In the afternoon, enjoy a tour and tasting at the historic James E Pepper Distillery, a great introduction to Kentucky’s world-famous bourbon scene.

Day 3 – Houston Oaks Golf Club
Enjoy morning golf at Houston Oaks Golf Club, rated by Golf Advisor as one of the top five golf courses in Kentucky. The club also features an expansive practice facility, including a double-sided driving range and large putting green, making it a great venue for golfers who like to warm up properly before their round.
The afternoon and evening are at leisure, giving the group time to enjoy Lexington’s bars, restaurants and relaxed downtown atmosphere.

Day 4 – Guided Bluegrass Region Tour
Take a break from the fairways and enjoy a fully immersive guided tour day through the beautiful pastoral setting of Kentucky’s Bluegrass region.
With a private driver included, the group will visit three distilleries for tours and tastings, with lunch included during the day. This is a brilliant way to experience Kentucky beyond the golf course, combining bourbon heritage, countryside views and relaxed group travel.

Day 5 – Keeneland Racecourse & The Woodford Club
Start the day with a tour of Keeneland Racecourse, one of the most iconic and picturesque horse racing venues in the world. Visit historic Keeneland, watch thoroughbreds during their morning workouts and explore the beautiful grounds of this National Historic Landmark.
Afterwards, play The Woodford Club, an 18-hole, par-71 layout set across 150 acres of rolling Bluegrass hills. The course features lush zoysia fairways, a state-of-the-art synthetic turf range tee and a setting surrounded by champion thoroughbreds grazing beyond the fairways. The Woodford Club is also home to the Woodford LPGA Legends Invitational.

Day 6 – Customise Your Day
This day is intentionally left open, allowing the itinerary to be tailored to your group’s interests.
Choose to add another round of golf, enjoy more bourbon experiences, explore horse country, visit local attractions or simply relax at the hotel. This flexible day is ideal for larger groups, giving everyone the chance to shape the trip around what they enjoy most.

Day 7 – Gibson Bay Golf Course
Enjoy your final round of the trip at Gibson Bay Golf Course, designed by Michael Hurdzan. The course was recognised with an honourable mention by Golf Digest for best new public golf course in the United States, and offers up to five tee boxes per hole, making it suitable for a wide range of handicaps within a larger group.
After golf, return to Lexington for your final evening in Kentucky.

Day 8 – Check Out & Depart
Check out of Hilton Downtown Lexington and depart for the airport with private transportation arranged.
