One Iron Bar provides relaxed all-day dining beside the course, while Lion’s Peak Grill is a casual alfresco option near the golf shop. Il Vigneto offers a more refined experience, with a four-course tasting menu influenced by Californian and Italian cuisine.

The resort’s leisure facilities give non-golfers and resting players plenty to enjoy. The Spa at CordeValle offers massages, facials and body treatments, while guests can also use the heated outdoor pool, fitness centre, tennis courts, pickleball courts and walking trails. Wine tasting adds a strong sense of place, with CordeValle Winery and its 150-acre vineyard located within the estate.

Golfers staying at CordeValle gain access to the resort’s private 18-hole course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. The par-72 layout hosted the 2016 U.S. Women’s Open and forms the centrepiece of the resort experience.
