CM Mallorca Palace is a fantastic choice for golfers looking for a more relaxed, grown-up base on Mallorca’s east coast. Located in Sa Coma, just moments from the beach, this five-star adults-only hotel welcomes guests aged 16 and over and combines spacious accommodation, excellent wellness facilities and easy access to several of the island’s golf courses. For us, it works particularly well for couples and golf groups who want quality accommodation without staying in the busier resorts around Palma.
The rooms have a bright Mediterranean feel, with Double, Premium Double and Suite categories available. Standard Double Rooms offer around 31m² of space plus a balcony overlooking the pool, while the larger 62m² Suites add a separate lounge and a generous balcony or terrace. Air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi and private outdoor space make the accommodation particularly comfortable when you return from a day on the course.
Golf is one of the biggest reasons we like the location. The hotel is well placed for Club de Golf Son Servera, Pula Golf Resort, Capdepera Golf and Golf Canyamel, giving you four contrasting courses within the eastern side of Mallorca. That means you can build a varied multi-round itinerary while keeping transfers much shorter than if you were travelling across the island each day. The hotel also promotes accommodation and green-fee packages specifically for visiting golfers.
Once the clubs are away, the wellness facilities are a real bonus. Guests have complimentary access to the heated indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation area, alongside a fully equipped gym. Massages, beauty treatments and therapies including Thai massage and Ayurveda are also available, making this exactly the sort of hotel where we would happily spend an afternoon recovering after several rounds.
Dining gives you plenty of choice without needing to leave the hotel. Sa Font offers buffet dining with live cooking at dinner, while Es Molí provides a more refined à la carte experience with meat dishes amongst its specialities. There are also poolside lunch options, bars and evening entertainment for more relaxed nights at the hotel.
Sa Coma Beach and the natural landscape around Punta de n’Amer are close by, while Cala Millor provides additional restaurants, bars and seafront atmosphere when you want to explore.

About The Area
Sa Coma is a great choice for a Mallorca golf holiday if your group wants a relaxed beach base on the island’s east coast with several strong courses within easy reach. It has a friendly resort feel, a long sandy beach, clear shallow water and plenty of restaurants and bars, so it works especially well for golfers travelling with partners, families or mixed groups. The official Balearic Islands tourism site describes Sa Coma beach as more than 850 metres long, with fine white sand, transparent water and summer services including sunbeds, parasols and watersports.
For golf, Sa Coma is well placed for Pula Golf, Club de Golf Son Servera, Canyamel Golf and Capdepera Golf. Pula Golf is a par-72 course redesigned by José María Olazábal and has hosted events including the Mallorca Classic and the Olazábal & Nadal Invitational. Pula Golf Resort Son Servera adds another excellent local option, founded in 1967 and recognised as the first course in eastern Mallorca.
Away from golf, we would recommend walking or cycling into the protected Punta de n’Amer peninsula, which separates Sa Coma and Cala Millor. It is ideal for a gentle off-course morning, with coastal paths, sea views and the old watchtower as a lovely stopping point. Porto Cristo and the Caves of Drach are also easy additions for a non-golf day.
