Denia Marriott La Sella Golf Resort & Spa is a five-star golf hotel positioned between Montgó Natural Park and the Mediterranean coastline. With 27 holes of golf immediately beside the hotel and the coastal towns of Dénia and Jávea approximately ten minutes away, it offers an excellent balance of golf, relaxation and time by the sea.

The resort has 186 recently renovated rooms and suites, designed in a comfortable contemporary style. Its peaceful setting provides a welcome contrast to the busier Costa Blanca resorts, while complimentary parking and optional airport transfers make it practical for visiting golf groups.

La Sella Golf is approximately two minutes’ walk from the hotel reception. Designed by José María Olazábal, the complex has three contrasting nine-hole loops: Llebeig, Gregal and Mestral. Llebeig runs through pine trees with views towards Montgó Natural Park, Gregal is flatter but introduces more water, and elevated Mestral provides views towards the Mediterranean. The course was comprehensively renovated between 2019 and 2022 and can be played in different 18-hole combinations.

The hotel’s La Sella Spa offers a 90-minute wellness circuit alongside massages, body treatments, facials and beauty therapies. Guests can also use the outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool and Technogym-equipped fitness centre. Spa-circuit access may carry an additional charge and is restricted to guests aged 16 or over.

Dining includes Mediterranean cuisine made with local produce at Montgó Restaurant, which has a covered terrace overlooking the pool and golf course. Segaria Thai Fusion provides a contrasting Asian menu, while La Nao Lounge serves casual dishes and shows live sport. The Lobby Bar is well suited to drinks after golf.

Away from the fairways, guests can visit Dénia’s marina, beaches and historic centre, explore Jávea or walk in Montgó Natural Park. The area’s mild Mediterranean climate also makes the resort suitable for golf breaks outside the main summer season.
