Cosmopolitan Golf & Beach Resort combines self-catering accommodation, golf and Mediterranean beach time on Tuscany’s western coast. Set within the pine woodland of Tirrenia, the resort offers a relaxed alternative to a traditional golf hotel and is particularly suitable for longer stays, couples, families and independent golf groups.

Accommodation consists of 42 two- and three-room apartments, each with a private balcony or garden. Every apartment includes a kitchenette, air conditioning or heating, satellite television and Wi-Fi, giving guests the freedom to prepare their own meals and follow a more flexible daily routine.

The central restaurant serves Tuscan and Mediterranean dishes prepared with local ingredients. Its bright dining room and terrace overlook the resort’s distinctive semicircular swimming pool, creating an inviting setting for breakfast, drinks and dinner.

Leisure facilities include two outdoor swimming pools, one of which is Olympic-sized, together with sun terraces and two red-clay tennis courts. During the summer season, guests can also use the resort’s private beach club. Beach facilities include a restaurant, parking, beach volleyball and table tennis, with reserved loungers, deckchairs and a parasol provided for each apartment.

The adjoining Cosmopolitan Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course designed by David Mezzacane. Water, sand and coastal winds provide the main challenge, while practice facilities include a driving range, putting green and pitching area. Its immediate proximity means golfers can play without arranging daily course transfers.

With Pisa International Airport approximately 15 minutes away, the resort is easy to reach for UK golfers. Pisa, Livorno, Lucca and the wider Tuscan coast can all be incorporated into a longer holiday.
