Located on the northern outskirts of Phnom Penh, Grand Phnom Penh Golf Club is a private members’ course and one of the capital’s most convenient championship-style golf venues. The course is an 18-hole, par-72 layout designed by Nicklaus Design. Sources vary slightly on total yardage, with listings commonly showing around 7,194 yards to 7,914 yards from the back tees, so it is best described as a long championship course rather than using one exact figure. Wide fairways provide some forgiveness from the tee, but the challenge increases around the greens, where mounding, bunkering and undulating putting surfaces demand more precise approach play.
